3 Days of Fashion 2010 @ FIDM

3 Days of Fashion '2010' at FIDM - San Diego (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) was a summer pre-college program with workshops in draping, creative thinking, product-development, fashion illustration - to name a few. I met many inspiring and like-minded people in this program and recommend it tremendously to any junior or senior in high school (esp. if you are interested in a career in Fashion).

Day 1:

Traveled downtown and spotted the Dianno O. Atelier before entering FIDM for the 1st day of 3 Days of Fashion.

 The final design to complete my seven-piece collection is finished. Including my inspiration board, and a fabric swatch is attached to each design to illustrate the type of fabric. I ordered a conglomeration of fabric swatches from online fabric warehouses, they were more than happy to send me free fabric samples.

Ma collection à sept pièces est finie. Y compris mon conseil d'inspiration, et un échantillon de tissu est attaché à chaque con La conception finale pour compléter ception pour illustrer le type de tissu. J'ai commandé une conglomération d'échantillons de tissu des entrepôts de tissu en ligne, ils étaient plus qu'heureux d'envoyer me libère des échantillons de tissu.

FIDM "Scholarship Competition" 2010 (Designs)

Although FIDM (The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) is not my first choice in a Fashion education, I am going to try and win this competition for a one-year scholarship worth $23,000 to FIDM in Los Angles. I am entering the Fashion Design Project. Here are two of the designs I am entering, my inspiration and overall mood for the required seven piece collection is the Eighties, Grace Jones, Masculine-Tailoring, Skirt Suits, etc.
