Spring Gladiator Sandals - Rant/Fashion Find

Although, I am rarely seen wearing sandals, I am going to take advantage of the Spring 2011 Gladiator sandal trend. I love the idea of something contradicting the lightness of spring.
Found these stunning Steve Madden sandals, slightly similar to the gladiator sandals as seen at Bottega Veneta.

Spring Couture Inspiration - Design

Inspired heavily by the Spring 2011 couture shows, I designed two ball gowns with a new refreshing color palette, soft blush pinks with light-grays, and greens with blacks.

I apologize for the rather low image quality, these are just snapshots of the work, not scans. In the meantime, I will have scans posted, browse around my blog for more of my designs & fashion illustrations.

Fashion Findsss - Rant

Embarking on an H&M journey, to catch those sales. Found a gorgeous white dress shirt for $5 from $10 & dress trousers $10 from 40$, you know, to complete that 'tuxedo' look - it's always chic in black & white.

Stumbled upon these charming boots at Aldo, which I will get soon! 

A quick bite to eat, I have a terrible sweet tooth for cute cupcakes. And yes, people in Fashion DO eat. 

And that is a day in my life of someone who "thinks" they have money to spend....

Morning Alterations - Rant

So, I decided to wake up earlier this morning and tackle some alterations on my faux-leather pants, I need to adjust the fit.

Shades of Black - Rant

Thrift/ Fabric store finds under 10$!!! Yes under 10$!

1 Yd Taffeta, 2 Yd Mirror Organza, decorative trim, studded bracelet, & pleated tuxedo belt.

I do believe that the pattern on the decorative trim are bee's, or flie's, I love the idea though.
